Admittedly, I didn't even leave the house on this day (Monday). I stayed home, sneezed a lot, did Makeup Monday and made one garment. One. It was an extremely unproductive day. I'd use the excuse that I'm sick but I'm always sick, so you'd think I would get used to it. Despite my lack of productivity and abundance of the sick, I maintained a pleasant disposition. There's something about shapeless loungewear, a flower crown, bright eyes and a beautiful puppy that is magic. When you put them all together, it's impossible to be down.

A year ago today, BFF Entertainment and the American Freedom Foundation launched the BFF Bracelet Program in support of our troops. Every bracelet is unique, with an engraved number on the back that links you to someone in the armed forces. This post is for my late great grandpa (Papa), who bravely served in the Navy as a Frogman during World War II. I'm forever grateful for having such a wonderful man in my life, and for the amazing men and women who have served and are serving our country.
