Julia Restoin-Roitfeld (one of my style soul-mates) was in the front row at Jen Kao and the collection is one of the best (in my mind) so far. Her mini-dresses are amazing. The knit body-cons had perfectly placed cut-outs and cabling creating seriously cool patterns and texture. A chocolate brown buttery soft leather a-line version was the perfect example of tough-girl chic. One standout piece for me was a high-necked gown with leather paneling detail; it was pre-apocalyptic space queen. Jen is only 28 years old... I can't wait to see what she does next
