I love this woman. Yeah, that's Carine rocking hotpants à la Gaga. I love how she actually makes them look refined with the lace overlay and cape. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that she is probably the only Vogue editor who can pull off this look. Anna, eat your heart out!
